The provider connected to you is a separate business. That provider is responsible for its own licensing, pricing, and work.
The steps
First, you request a quote. Tell us your city, whether the job is a new installation or a full replacement, and how you use the garage. If you know your opening size, include it.
Second, we connect you with an independent local provider in your area, where one is available. If no provider is available in your area, we will say so.
Third, the provider assesses the job and quotes it. The provider may ask for measurements, photos, or a visit. The provider gives you a written scope and price, so you can see what is included.
Fourth, you decide. You can accept the quote, ask questions about it, or decline it. Any work is agreed directly between you and the provider, under the provider terms.
What it costs you
There is no cost to the caller for the referral. We may be paid per call or per lead by the pro. That payment is between GarageDoorNear and the provider. It does not add a fee to your quote, and you should ask the provider for a written quote that lists the door, the opener, labor, disposal of the old door, and any permit or inspection cost.
What we do not do
We do not install doors ourselves. We do not arrange repair work. We do not offer emergency service. We do not set the provider price or schedule, and we do not promise a result or a completion date. Those decisions belong to the provider you agree to work with.
